Sacred Heart Parish 6th Annual Amusement Park Trip - Thur. Sept. 1, 2011

• THERE IS A LIMIT OF 55 SPOTS ON THE BUS, please turn in the completed & signed application form as soon as possible to guarantee a spot; seats fill up quickly.

• Participants must be 13 years of age and up to attend.  Exceptions are made for families who will be chaperoning their own children.

• Chaperone are needed.  If you are 19 +, please contact the Coordinator of Youth Ministry.
